What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after processing. The delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Yes! All orders over €45 qualify for free shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor its progress. You can also track your order anytime via the Order Tracking page available in the menu of our website.

You can cancel or modify your order only before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@naturavix.com to request changes or cancellation.

You can return products within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us first at info@naturavix.com to initiate the return. Returned products must be unopened and in their original condition unless prior approval is given. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See our refund policy.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
