Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations work for purchase options on Naturavix.com. It applies to one time purchases and subscription based purchases.
One Time Purchases
You can cancel a one time purchase if the order has not yet been processed.
Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You can then use the return policy after delivery.
Subscription Purchases
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your customer account.
The cancellation applies to future billing cycles only.
If a subscription order has already been billed or prepared for shipment, that specific order cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel a Subscription
Log in to your Naturavix customer account.
Go to the subscription management section.
Select the subscription you want to cancel and confirm the cancellation.

If you are unable to access your account, contact our customer support team by email.
Always include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Refunds
Cancelled subscriptions do not receive refunds for already processed or shipped orders.
Refunds for returned products follow the terms outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
