Naturavix Return and Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when ordering from Naturavix. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be unopened and unused.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Opened or used products cannot be accepted for hygiene and quality reasons. This also applies to products received as part of a promotional bundle. If you are unsure about eligibility, contact us before returning your item.
2. How to Request a Return
Email info@naturavix.com with:
- Your order number
- The item or items you want to return
- The reason for the return
You will receive instructions after we confirm eligibility.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method. Naturavix is not responsible for returns that do not arrive.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@naturavix.com. Include photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your payment provider may require 3 to 5 business days to release the funds.
7. Promotional Bundles and Free Products
Orders placed under 2+1 free or 3+2 free promotions are treated as discounted bundles.
7.1 Full Bundle Returns
If the complete promotional bundle is returned unopened and unused, Naturavix refunds the full amount paid.
7.2 Partial Returns of Promotional Orders
If a customer returns only part of a promotional bundle, the promotion no longer applies. Naturavix recalculates the order based on the regular single item retail price valid at the time of purchase.
- The refund equals the amount paid minus the standard retail price of the products kept by the customer.
- The free product loses its free status when the bundle is not returned in full.
7.3 Keeping the Free Bottle
If the customer keeps the free bottle and returns the paid items, Naturavix charges the regular retail price of that bottle. The refund amount is reduced accordingly.
Example 2+1 free:
If three bottles were received and two are returned, the remaining bottle is charged at the standard retail price.
Example 3+2 free:
If five bottles were received and three are returned, the remaining two bottles are charged at the standard retail price per unit.
Opened or used promotional products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
7.4 Misuse of Promotions
Naturavix reserves the right to refuse refunds or future orders in cases of repeated partial returns of promotional bundles or suspected abuse of promotional structures.
