These Terms of Service govern the use of the Naturavix website, products and services. By visiting our website or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. Naturavix encourages all customers to review this page carefully before completing a purchase.

Naturavix operates in compliance with Dutch and European laws. The company supplies nutritional supplements and follows all relevant rules regarding product safety, packaging and distribution.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Naturavix website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms. Customers who do not agree must stop using the website immediately.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. All details provided during checkout must be accurate. Naturavix may refuse or cancel orders when incomplete, incorrect or suspicious information is detected.
4. Product Information and Availability
Naturavix provides detailed product information including ingredients, usage guidance, serving instructions and storage recommendations. Naturavix aims for accuracy yet occasional updates may occur. Packaging, labeling and product appearance may differ slightly from images. All products are subject to availability. Naturavix may modify, discontinue or replace products when necessary.
5. Safety, Usage and Health Responsibility
Naturavix supplements are intended for general wellness. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Customers must follow usage instructions printed on the label. Naturavix does not provide medical advice. Customers with health concerns must consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any supplement. Naturavix is not responsible for misuse or failure to follow instructions.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Naturavix may update prices due to supply changes, promotions or errors. If a pricing error affects an order, Naturavix may cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment.
- Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
- Promotions apply only when displayed during checkout.
- Naturavix is not responsible for fees charged by banks or payment processors.
6A. Promotional Offers and Free Product Conditions
Naturavix may offer temporary promotions including 2+1 free and 3+2 free campaigns. These promotions apply only during the active campaign period and only to products explicitly marked as part of the promotion at checkout.
6A.1 How 2+1 Free and 3+2 Free Promotions Work
- Under a 2+1 free promotion, the customer adds three identical eligible products to the cart and pays only for two.
- Under a 3+2 free promotion, the customer adds five identical eligible products to the cart and pays only for three.
- The discount is automatically calculated at checkout.
- The lowest priced item within the promotional bundle is designated as the free product.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
6A.2 Returns Within Promotional Bundles
Promotional bundles are treated as a single discounted purchase. If a customer returns part of a 2+1 or 3+2 order, the following rules apply.
- If the full bundle is returned unopened and unused, Naturavix refunds the full amount paid.
- If the customer keeps one or more products from the bundle, the promotion no longer applies.
- Naturavix recalculates the order based on the regular single item price at the time of purchase.
- The refund equals the amount paid minus the regular retail price of the products the customer keeps.
6A.3 Keeping the Free Product
If the customer returns only the paid items but keeps the free bottle, Naturavix charges the regular retail price of that bottle. The refunded amount is reduced accordingly.
Example 2+1 free:
If three bottles were received and only two are returned, the remaining bottle is charged at the standard retail price.
Example 3+2 free:
If five bottles were received and three are returned, the remaining two are charged at the standard retail price per unit.
Naturavix does not accept returns of opened or used bottles, including promotional products, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
6A.4 Abuse of Promotions
Naturavix reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancel future orders in cases of suspected misuse, repeated partial returns of promotional bundles, or intentional abuse of campaign structures.
All promotional conditions are applied in accordance with Dutch consumer law and European distance selling regulations.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping procedures, transit times, costs and international rules follow the Naturavix Shipping Policy. Customers confirm acceptance of that policy by completing an order.

Delivery inside the Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery to all other destinations: 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, courier workload, weather or regional disruptions. Naturavix is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. Customers must provide a correct shipping address. Naturavix is not responsible for lost shipments caused by incorrect address details.
8. Returns and Refunds
All returns follow the full Naturavix Return and Refund Policy. Customers confirm acceptance of that policy before purchase.

Key return conditions include:
- Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection of returned goods.
- The refund is always returned to the original payment method.
- Opened or used items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting info@naturavix.com. After dispatch, the order must follow the Return and Refund Policy.
10. User Accounts
Customers may create an account to view order history and manage preferences. Customers are responsible for keeping their login details confidential. Naturavix is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or shared login information.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content including text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, images and design is owned by Naturavix or licensed to us. Customers may not copy, distribute or reuse content without written permission. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
Naturavix is not responsible for indirect or consequential damage. This includes loss of income, delays caused by couriers, customs or technical interruptions. Customers must use supplements according to instructions.
13. Accuracy of Information
Naturavix aims to provide accurate and current information. Errors may occur occasionally. Naturavix may correct errors without notice. If an error affects an order, Naturavix may cancel it and issue a refund.
14. External Links
Links to third party websites may appear on the Naturavix website. Naturavix is not responsible for the content, security or privacy practices of external sites. Customers must review those websites independently.
15. Force Majeure
Naturavix is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by conditions outside reasonable control. Examples include natural disasters, strikes, supply chain failures, customs inspections, technical failures and courier disruptions.
16. Data Protection and Privacy
Naturavix processes customer data according to Dutch and European privacy laws including the GDPR framework. The Privacy Policy explains how data is collected, stored and protected.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. All disputes must be submitted to courts in the Netherlands unless local law requires otherwise.
18. Amendments to Terms
Naturavix may update these Terms when needed. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of the website after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.
