Naturavix Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Cut Off Time

Orders placed before 11:00 PM CET ship the same business day. Orders placed after that ship the next business day.

3. Shipping Method

We ship through DHL Standard Shipping for reliable delivery.

4. Shipping Destinations

We deliver to the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy and the United Arab Emirates.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
Other countries: 3 to 7 business days
Delivery times may be affected by customs checks or courier delays.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders above 45 euros (This applies only for orders inside EU and UAE). Orders below 45 euros include a small fee shown at checkout. 

7. Tracking Information

You will receive a DHL tracking link after dispatch. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

8. Customs and Import Taxes

Orders outside the EU may incur customs duties or taxes. These costs are paid by the customer.

9. Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is not available, the parcel may be returned to us. We can reship the order for an extra fee or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost or damaged, you can email to info@naturavix.com within 7 days. Include photos if the item is damaged. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
